Chris is a government relations professional, registered Colorado Lobbyist, and business development consultant specializing in cleantech and renewable energy business and policy issues.
He is a registered Colorado Lobbyist since 2012 and has worked on a variety of tax, regulatory, renewable energy standard and general business issues for a variety of cleantech and renewable energy companies and trade associations. Chris’s coalition building and pragmatic approach has led to variety of bills being signed into law benefitting Colorado’s clean energy ecosystem.
Chris continues to track federal issues for his clients and has strong ties to Colorado’s Congressional Delegation and to policy makers in Washington DC.
Prior to working at the state capitol, Chris was U.S. Rep. Ed Permutter’s Deputy Press Secretary. In addition to press duties, he focused on a variety of policy areas including energy, environment, water and foreign affairs.
Chris currently lives in Denver’s Historic Baker District with his Golden Retriever, Otter, and enjoys skiing, river rafting, and road biking.
